I`ve been wanting to get the 40th Anniversary T-shirt SO BAD!!...but I had to wait because I`m trying to lose weight,
I`m down two shirt size`s and plan to lose more!!....But I`m comfortable with 2XL and can`t wait to wear it!!
Lost 65 pounds in five months not bad huh?

Congrats. Any tips for someone with low will power? What was your diet? What exercise routine?

Very happy for you. In the long run, 10 pounds a month is good. Looking back, it's good to see the weight drop, Congrats!
Beer is like youth and health. Enjoy it before it's gone bad.
Screw cocktails, beer is all you really need!

    Thanks Mikel,
It started out as a cancer scare which I am negative....I guess I have to thank my good for nothing exgirlfriend because she got me out doing things while spending my money and I found myself just being more active and eating less.
I`m going to be hitting the gym pretty soon here because I did lose a lot of muscle.....That`s pretty much it!

    Thanks again!
    Tony

    Default Good for You!

Well, bless your heart! That's fantastic! I can certainly relate to the T-shirt thing, I've been on a downward Journey of my own and I'm sitting here in a Monsters of Rock T-shirt from 2 years ago that's miles too big. It's one of those bitter-sweet things huh? Now I have to go out and buy smaller sizes of favorite shirts (or learn how to do that fancy slit and tie thing I've seen some talented gals do with theirs)! Replacing the jeans is getting expensive too.......

Ha! This is funny, complaining about losing weight, shame on me! Keep up the good work, maybe you can do a T-shirt swap with some of us here....."L"

    Wow, 'bout time, fatty!

    JK

Seriously, congrats, and I share in your glory! I dropped 25 lbs in the past three months by cutting down the carbs, stepping up my workout routine and I eat cold water fish 3x a week.

Now at 43, I'm a svelt 5'11" 200lbs and getting more ass than an I-10 rest stop toilet seat!

Hey Lauretta Congratulations on your loss!!!

But as for my Y&T shirts I wear them a few times and they go into a souvenir zip lock baggie.
